At Kai Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective bags and labels are included to avoid damage during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
